I am eager to write this, my very first review of anyone’s website. I have been having therapeutic massages now for about 25 years and regularly every two weeks for 10 years, since I received the diagnosis of chronic leukemia. Bottom line first, from an expert massage recipient/customer.

If you’re looking for a massage from someone who has obviously expert hands, is genuinely interested in the welfare of her customer, but not intrusive or chatty can consistently find the exact spot that is bothering you, have the benefit of a therapeutic massage that is also extremely relaxing, want to leave with the good chance that your pain/tension is more that 80% gone and completely gone the next day instead of being sore from the massage, want not to be pestered by the standard chatty masseuse attempting to please the customer seemingly to encourage re-visits  – contact Helena.  She leaves the idea of a future massage entirely up to you, and her rates are reasonable.

I know that sounds like a commercial but it is not, you’ll find my comments on other practitioners in the area in Google and see that they’re uniformly much less enthusiastic and in some cases downright negative.

If I do not have a massage, or have one which is inferior, I spend 10 days out of every two weeks in aching stiff pain. I am so pleased I found Helena and want to thank her for so reliably and regularly relieving my generalized body aching and stiffness from my leukemia every 14 days.
